Rose Nebula – from my imagination. 14” x 22”. Cardboard canvas. Acrylic paint – red, yellow supernova remnant and stars on black background. Fluorescent (UV light activated) and phosphorescent (glow-in-the-dark) pigments. Painting completed in 1979. Unframed. Originally gifted to my grandmother, Lillian J. McDonald in 1979. Photo light source: ultra-violet (UV).
